  • 1. Services Offered: Mysz Technology offers POS (Point of Sale) System Consultancy Services to clients seeking professional advice and assistance in implementing POS systems for their businesses.
  • 2. Client Responsibilities: The client engaging Mysz Technology's services is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their business requirements and objectives. The client shall also ensure access to necessary resources and personnel required for the implementation of the POS system.
  • 3. Consultancy Fees: The fees for Mysz Technology's consultancy services shall be communicated to the client in writing or through electronic communication. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • 4. Scope of Services: The scope of services provided by Mysz Technology shall be clearly outlined in the consultancy agreement or proposal. Any additional services requested by the client shall be subject to negotiation and agreement in writing.
  • 5. Confidentiality: Both Mysz Technology and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the consultancy period. This includes but is not limited to business plans, financial information, and trade secrets.
  • 6. Intellectual Property Rights: Any intellectual property developed by Mysz Technology during the provision of consultancy services shall remain the property of Mysz Technology. The client shall have a non-exclusive license to use such intellectual property solely for the purposes outlined in the consultancy agreement.

  • 8. Termination: Either party may terminate the consultancy agreement upon written notice if there is a material breach of any provision of the agreement by the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.
  • 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  • 10. Amendments: Mysz Technology reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall be effective upon posting on our website.
