Delivery Policy

Mysz Technology Sdn Bhd (“Mysz Technology”) provides Point of Sale (POS) system consultation services subject to the following delivery terms and conditions:

1. Service Delivery: Mysz Technology will deliver POS system consultation services to the client within the agreed-upon timeframe as specified in the service agreement or contract.

2. Communication: Mysz Technology will maintain regular communication with the client to provide updates on the progress of the consultation services and to address any queries or concerns that may arise during the delivery process.

3. Delays: In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise which may cause delays in the delivery of the consultation services, Mysz Technology will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and provide an estimated timeline for completion.

4. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to cooperate with Mysz Technology by providing necessary information, access to relevant systems or data, and any other resources required for the timely delivery of the consultation services.

5. Acceptance: Upon completion of the consultation services, the client shall have a period of [Insert Duration, e.g., 7 days] to review the deliverables and notify Mysz Technology of any discrepancies or deficiencies. If no such notification is received within the specified period, the deliverables shall be deemed accepted.

6. Revisions: Mysz Technology will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any reasonable revisions or modifications requested by the client after the initial delivery of the consultation services. However, additional fees may apply for substantial changes or revisions requested by the client.

7. Ownership and License: Upon full payment of the fees for the consultation services, the client shall have ownership of the deliverables provided by Mysz Technology. However, Mysz Technology retains the intellectual property rights to any proprietary materials or methodologies used in the delivery of the consultation services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Delivery Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Modifications: Mysz Technology reserves the right to modify or amend this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications or amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on Mysz Technology’s website or other communication channels.

By engaging Mysz Technology’s POS system consultation services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Delivery Policy.
