Warranty Policy for MTSB POS System Purchase
1. Warranty Coverage: – Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [1 month to 1 year – refer to invoice) from the date of purchase. – This warranty applies to the hardware components of the POS system purchased from us.
2. Warranty Claims: – To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and describe the issue encountered. – Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period specified.
3. Covered Services: – We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective hardware component covered under warranty. – Repairs or replacements will be conducted using new or refurbished parts of equal or greater performance.
4. Exclusions: – This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature. – Consumable items such as paper rolls, ink cartridges, and batteries are not covered under this warranty.

7. Extended Warranty: – Customers may have the option to purchase extended warranty coverage for additional protection beyond the standard warranty period. – Details of extended warranty options, including coverage and pricing, will be provided upon request.
