Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy: Customers of Mysz Technology Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “Mysz Technology”) may request cancellations for services provided by Mysz Technology subject to the following terms:

1.1 Request Submission: Customers must submit cancellation requests in writing via email to [email protected] or through our official customer support channels.

1.2 Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of the initial purchase or service agreement.

1.3 Service Completion: If the service has already been provided or commenced, Mysz Technology reserves the right to deny cancellation or to charge a cancellation fee at its discretion.

1.4 Refund Processing: Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
2. Return and Refund Policy:
Customers of Mysz Technology may request returns and refunds for physical products purchased from Mysz Technology subject to the following terms:

2.1 Return Eligibility: Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be eligible for return and refund.

2.2 Return Window: Customers must initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2.3 Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Mysz Technology before returning any product. Products returned without an RMA number may not be eligible for a refund.

2.4 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by Mysz Technology.
